5 Ways Women Are Still Marginalized in America Today - International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day will be celebrated by events around the world on March 8.

Women have made enormous strides since this day was first honored over 100 years ago: from women entrepreneurs, female bishops and moviemakers, to women in male-dominated industries such as STEM and politics, and men and women sharing equally in the raising of their children.

1. Dollar Bills
2.. Male Gods
3. Female Veterans
4. Gender Pay Gaps
5. Abortion Bans*

*Anti-choice is more than abortion bans-- it's reproductive rights in general. The same bunch of
theocrats who are banning abortions are the same ones who are denying contraception, esp among lower income women who most need assistance on family planning.
