I got so much out of this it seemed that maybe someone else might benefit. He describes illness I've had so well it's both frightening, and optimistic. Now we can get close to quantitatively solving the problem. He mentioned something towards the end whereby people should be screened in order to save them suffering later in life. Imagine a society with real preventative health care for things like this, which most of us are suffering from. Maybe this is old news, but I figured it might help someone.
