Longmire season 3 is here!

Filming now in New Mexico! It's supposed to air sometime in the summer. I saw the netfilx announcement for season 3 this morning, so looks like I've got some binge time coming up.

I guess we will have to wait awhile.

I'm dying to get that damm cliffhanger resolved!

8. Yeah! The good thing about Netflix is that..

.. they always send me an email when something new like
Longmire is ready for viewing.

I really can't wait. I just have to know what happens next!

3. I thought Longmire was canceled. Are you talking about new episodes?

4. It was cancelled by A&E

But the rights were owned by the production company. Since the fans were so furious about the cancellation, and kept pushing for it to continue, the company shopped the series to several stations and Netflix has picked it up, at least for one more season. The cast had been under contract until this past Feb, so were still available and were actually happy that it was going to go for a little longer.

Thankfully the cliffhanger will be resolved!!

There is a group that really spearheaded the whole 'keep Longmire going' thing, they've made a facebook page called Longmire Posse Official Fans or something close to that. I check it once in awhile to see if there are updates as to when season 4 will air.

Season 3 has just become available on Netfilx.

I'm a big Longmire fan. I've even read most of the books. I was really upset when they cancelled it, so it looks like now I'll have to join Netflix.
