Sorry, dunno. Byt my guess is that any movement that works the soleus muscle will be a benefit.

Not a doc, nurse, pt, etc., just trying to use common sense to ward off the assault on my/our pancreases from the sugar laden & carb loaded foods that are most often avail to us. 😏

This is beginning to look like a deep dark rabbit hole, when looked at with regard to insulin prices.

I'm determined to not become a profitable statistic on some qpuke's spreadsheet.

Quite interesting how very few non-sugar-sweetened foods are available without aspartame or other known toxins.

My 2 daughters & are are all about 5'3" & could never find each other in video rental stores.

There is almost always a tall person with long arms to lend a hand to reach things in stores. If not, I wait a few minutes & wa-la one always manifests. Lol

I look at tall people in these teeny newer cars & feel sort of sorry for them. I'd feel claustrophobic! 😱

Wife is probably 5'3" (she says 5'5&quot . I am probably 5'4" or 5'5" (lie and say I am 5'6&quot . Both my daughters are shorter than me.

My oldest married to a man who is 6'3" - suddenly we have help reaching those things that we couldn't before.

It does make family pictures hard though

Daughter married well! Tall.

Congrats you have someone that can reach things!

Nerve impingement in ankle (aka, "foot drop&quot .

If I do, I'll ask & report back.

You can bet I'll be picking pt's brain about this, but whether they have any bling between their neurons is quite questionable, doubtful even, in this region. Not joking.

But if I go, I'll report back what they say.

My info to contribute that has SIGNIFICANTLY and PERMANENTLY lowered my blood sugar / A1C is intermittent fasting!

I fast for at least 15-16 hours about 5
days a week. I'm not super rigid about it.

Brought my A1C down from 6.1 to 5.8.

ON EDIT: Wow, though..only 2 minutes? That's awesome! Sent it to my kid and friend. Thanks for this!
