I'm no mental health expert, obviously.

Do you have people and things in your life that you are grateful for?

Are you currently involved in helping others?

But I am a burden to them.

The cycle is: I love them, they say that love me, I bring them struggle therefore, less of me = happier them. You know the feeling!

When they say they love in spite of that.....that is clear proof that they love us.

If you went away......that is the thing that would really hurt them, and I know you don't want that.

Do you have a counselor or therapist that you talk to?

And burdening them as well just pushes the cycle.

I'm sorry, let me say that I am feeling better. This is a condition of my disorder. My great dane puppy just woke up, and you and others are giving me reminders of things that matter. I'm starting to come back.

I'm sorry because I know that this has burdened you, and anyone else in my fucking life, I'll constantly need this from them.

I'm sorry. I'm angry about it.

There are so many people in this world happy and willing to provide any support that you may need. I'm glad that you reached out.

Don't hesitate to do it again.....even as just a release of your anger.
