3. Having a friend who keeps kosher over for dinner.

This is often tricky for me, but I have decided on this.

I am going to make two pizzas - one with bacon (because I love that) and one with anchovies (because he loves that and I don't). I am also going to make tomato basil soup. I did this once before and totally screwed it up, as I used chicken broth. Fortunately he asked me if I had before he ate it.

Cooking low with chipotles in adobo sauce (canned, ignoring salt, lol), some onions and garlic. Think they'll make tacos or wraps or whatever they feel like!

I did find the no salt tortilla chips and they are very light and crispy.

My friend offered to fix me a hamburger on the Foreman grill. It was outrageous! He put horseradish cheese on it. We added potatoes as a side dish.

I'm not much of a meat-eater, but this was good.
