Pleased right now
I made meatloaf the other day and described the toppings. I made it as usual with f.f. onions, and bacon bits on top. But I added some sharp cheddar when it came out of the oven. I made some aioli and topped my portion with aioli and garlic chili sauce. My nephew saw the post, and asked for the recipe. I sent it along to him. He is making it right now. It made me happy to share the recipe and the experience.
He is going one step further and making a meatless version for his vegetarian girl friend at the same time
