Theres a free downloadable recipe book call "Good and Cheap ". A canadian woman doing her masters or phd. She noticed the snap 4$ dollar a day situation here in US.
She has a lot of vegetable in-season recipes. Hoping farmers markets would increasingly take snap cards.
My daughter works in the social work field, so we are interested in cost of living topics.
I've used it a lot!, because many dishes remind me of things my grandmother made. (Big garden, lots of veggies). Good soups. Rice pudding. Maybe you've heard of, but here's some info.
