(35,716 posts)I made a layered breakfast: first a layer of grits (about 2" x 2" ) , then two thin slices of ham, then egg, layer of provolone, layer of egg, layer of provolone. On the side I had a condiment called "rojo," which is a blend of peppers and garlic. It was a "tall order."
Salad on the side.
Sweet & Spicy Good Earth Tea.
Maybe a mandarin later.

(35,716 posts)so I don't really know. I would guess red bell and probably a blend of a few other peppers; not hot ones, though.

(33,020 posts)let that sit for about 24 hrs then used it as a tofu marinade awhile back.
you've inspired me to try that again on chicken or the tofu again, but with a bit of a Thai pepper added in this time.
