1. Sunday morning

Egg salad in a pita. Using home grown celery, store-bought cucumber, garden scallion and oregano. I have some beautiful lime green ruffly lettuce to line the pita with before I add the egg salad.

Starting off, though, I'm having a cup of strawberry soup.

I already knocked off 90" of gardening. My litte kids' garden class ends tomorrow and I'm giving each student a potted sunflower, 3' tall already, to take home. I had to pot them up.

2. rice/meatloaf hash w/ an egg on it

had some leftover rice after my sis took me out to lunch yesterday. Added the last of the meatloaf, some bell pepper, onion, garlic and a chopped up slice of jalepeno.
