Half my fried fish cutlet that I bought at the Polish deli. I'm making my own tartar sauce, but also having some of it with just a squeeze of lemon.

Mixed greens with spiced almonds and chutney dressing. I'm mixing in the other half of the microgreen and some chopped red pepper to add to the color.

Raspberry lemon ginger kombucha to drink.

And to close out my birthday weekend, I'm having some Belgian chocolate, vanilla, and blackberry ice cream (Haagen Daz).

1. Sort of chicken chow mein

There is brown rice, chicken, bok choy, bamboo shoots, but also kale, turnip greens, beets, broccoli.

2. Decafe tea, patty melt and some type of sauteed frozen veggie.

3. Chilled Zucchini Soup

With a diced jalapeño garnish.

4. Asian Vegetable-Beef Soup

Beef broth, sherry, soy, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cayenne.

Stew beef, scallions, mushrooms, carrots, bok choy.

Serve on rice, top with chive blossoms.
