I have a dog board/train/daycare business and the weekend spills over to Monday. Wicked busy with everyone trying to travel before school starts and fourth wave hits! Lost my Monday. Don't even remember dinner, Irisblue.

No real time to cook. Made it to the store. Mowed the lawn.

Saw outright fraud in the super today. Jars of molasses. They had the standard brand at 12 ounces. Beside this they had the house brand, same size jar, same diameter, same height, both jars full. Label says 16 ounces. In some states you can sue for that kind of stuff. Not in PA I don't think.

with white corn cut fresh off the cob and golden potatoes.

We had a quart of half and half we got from a food bank. What else can you do with that much half and half?

My son (weeknight chef at our house) made veal patties with spinach and feta, seasoned with dill and mint and oregano, which he wrapped around skewers and baked. We had these in whole wheat pitas with tzatziki sauce and tomatoes and cucumbers.

I had not made this in quite some time. It makes a LOT

The recipe is from a Weight Watchers cookbook, so also low in points
