1. Temps in western Montana have topped out at 43 degress today

with snow flurries off and on...Comfort food is on the menu. We're having sausage bread and a tossed salad with pears, candied pecans and spicy microgreens.

4. It was over 80 here in Ohio and humid as hell...my stove was installed...my contractor came up

and did it...never let stores hook up gas appliances...been cooking with electric which I hate so I am so thrilled. Next, we hung curtains and blinds in all the rooms so having a roast beef sandwich and chips...with peaches and gluten-free cookies for dessert.

Split pea soup, Asian coleslaw, homemade dinner roles, apple crisp

3. 1/2 a baked chicken with brown rice

5. Sliced boneless pork chop

stir-fried with garlic, peppers, onioon and thai seasoning blend. Tossed with angel hair, basil and sliced green onion.
