Warmed up a piece and topped it with cinnamon, date syrup and low-fat coolwhip. A wonderful treat And coffee

I have a new cookbook called 101 Diabetic Breads. I had hoped to use it while my brother was visiting, however, we weren't able to get that done. I'm not diabetic but he is. I think it's a good idea to eat like you are diabetic whether you are or not, though.

Sounds like yours really turned out well. Yum.

This morning I am making one of my most favorite breakfasts of all time: spinach omelette with cheddar and caramelized onions. I even lucked into some chile sauce at the store, yesterday, so I might have a little of that on the side.

Cubed sweet potatoes in the air fryer.

Maca "coffee," which isn't as chocolate as I'd like it. It's still good, though.

Pastry was always a treat. I went low-carb 2 years ago and I'm sticking to it pretty well. I like any almond flour recipes, and I like coconut flour biscuits. I still make a loaf of white bread about every 10 days to 2 weeks. My carb heavy treat

Your omelet sounds really good. Enjoy! (what kind of chili sauce?)

cracked egg over it, beat slightly and cooked it. Put on store-bought biscuit from a can. Add a wee bit of grape jelly. Yummy.
