Tossed green salad w/fennel and apples.

Cornbread baked in the cast iron skillet.

Haven't been making sauce lately. Just thin sliced Roma tomatoes and toppings.

2. Sauted chicken breast with mushrooms in a sherry sauce

with asparagus thrown in. Salad

4. Hamburger with Swiss cheese, onions and tomatoes in a pita. Roasted carrots and turnips, Merlot

6. Leftover Lasagna

It's the last piece. It seems better after it has aged in the refrigerator. My non-cooking neighbor has been served portions too.

I'm eating after TJ leaves for work in an hour and a half. Perhaps a side will be prepared if I am motivated.

I'm not sure if FLFC will join me. He ate some this afternoon and as usual is snoozing on the couch after eating. He has some of the usual leftovers and dog foods but wanted the deli turkey I was putting in a sandwich and pieces of apple.
