Shrimp-ham-vegetable quiche. I love the aroma of nutmeg, which I grated into the mixture, because it is so "Christmas."

A pot of hazelnut decaf just finished brewing.

Aside from the prominent egg flavor, it was good. 2 med eggs, 1/4 cup milk, and all the rest. Hearty.
