Next up is chicken breast cooked in Buffalo wing sauce in the slow cooker.
Macaroni and cheese.
Tossed green salad with Caesar dressing.
Dessert: angel food cake with vanilla Haagen Daz and raspberries over the top.

Veggies, lentils, sweet potato, onions, swordfish in the juice of 1/2 a lemon and a half cup of water. This was really good!

Italian seasoning. Mexican Rice (cooked brown rice, sweet peppers, plain yogurt, and cheese layered and baked). Buttered broccoli.

Baked chicken pulled off the bone, dropped into a bowl of broccoli pasta and commercial Alfredo sauce. Hot decafe tea.
