I made the tourtiere finally, first time making

and first time eating. It was pretty good! My family had it for Sunday brunch - served it with roasted Brussel sprouts and a big salad. I had some beef gravy with mushrooms that I served on the side. Next day had it cold with Ketchup, and it was good as well.
