Tossed salad with romaine, celery, cucumbers, radish and bell peppers
Roasted lightly smoked Salmon (trying something new from Aldi)
Roasted new potatoes with onions
Garlic green beans
Sliced fresh strawberries with cream for desert

four cheese raviooi and chicken marinara. milk , water and yoougurt along with meds to follow up. healthy choice tv dins .

Steak tacos with the usual fixings.
Refried beans and yellow rice.
Lime tinged tortilla chips with hot salsa.
Orange slices for dessert.

on whole wheat flour tortillas (not homemade), beef and bean filling (homemade), Spanish "rice" (not homemade) and guacamole (homemade), extra sharp cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, chopped grape tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa for him, Frank's for me. Usually slice up some black olives, too, but ran out. Also, some cilantro for the guac would have been nice.

Husband says it all tastes very good.
