was a rice , frozen mixed vegtables . 4 sausage links , extra hot. cherry tomatos .
1: boil in a bag rice . 10. minutes , high in microwave . big bowl of water .
tomatoes : just throw them in .
sausage :beef hot franks . ( yep my nose is running.) 4. cook in glass dish filled w water , 1 minute on high , two bursts . stir.
throw into wouk and have on low fire and sti using induction cooker .
serve .
had 2 big bowls of it and i am full. have enough for several meals .
learned this from a survival mag , shall remain nameless. the dish has no name either .
