Potato soup crockpot

1 Bag frozen hash browns dump into crockpot

Mix this in bowl
2cans cream of chicken soup
4 cups chicken broth
I diced onion
2 tbs garlic out jar it’s all I had
8 ounces of sour cream
1-2 bags of cooked bacon bits

Then pour over shredded potatoes in crockpot
Then whatever cheese I used mozzarella and sharp shredded.
Cook on low six hours.

I actually doubled everything above because 4 teenagers are here today.

But I’m not totally cruel, he gets to go free range and order anything he wants when we eat out 😬 and about once a week or so I pick him up a Subway Tuna sandwich to keep his head in the game

Maybe you better schedule an extraction for him and place him in your safe keeping for a short time so he can recover from all the mistreatment he has suffered. He is a vet and deserves better!

I've seen a wide range of this product.

For those of us who can be lazy cooks, I like that it uses frozen hash browns...LOL

I have dehydrated hash browns, but I suspect if I reconstitute them with chicken broth before using this'll work fine, and if I do it in the Instant Pot it'll be a yummerific 1-hour dinner.

Thanks for the idea!

appreciatively,
Bright
