I've never made tempura anything before, so wish me luck.

Way too salty for me. This was a new brand, I'm going back to my usual brand.
Molletes are... " open-faced sandwich with beans and cheese in Mexican cuisine." From wiki

I topped it with mozzarella cheese & avocado.

Cold decafe tea.

Normally, I make my chilli using sirloin steak, sort of like the cowboys did. But, tonight, we'll go with the ground chuck.

We'll accessorize with Frito's, shredded cheddar and finely minced onion...and a slice or two of pickled jalapenos!

My wife loved it, but I think the limes were juicier than normal and gave to too much lime flavor.
Still good, but not quite what I wanted.
She liked it. That's good enough.

It was substituted for dry vermouth in a pickup order and I was asleep at the switch when I approved it.

I shouldn't drink it as it has a lot of sugar. TJ says the recipe calls for wine so I saw an opportunity to use it. It added a bit of flavor. I would use it again.
