I'm thinking about searing them and serving with a burre blanc pan sauce, whichever veggie is closest to the crisper drawer opening, and a Caesar salad.

It's about 3.5 lb and rubbed with Montreal Steak - God, it's almost ready and looks just beautiful in the roaster! We thicken up the juice in the pan.

Red-tipped leaf lettuce w/red pepper, onion, and shredded cheddar, dressing of choice from the fridge: creamy garlic, ranch, or thousand island

My daily beverage: Iced green tea w/a couple lavender/chamomile w/probiotics tea bags.

DH's: Black coffee

and a handful of chips

cake for dessert

Al had a large, late lunch w/ his daughter-in-law while he was out and about this afternoon. So I don't have to cook for him.

Dad had kielbasa and cabbage stir-fry and boiled potatoes.

We’ve been stuck in Savannah for a week. We’re heading south tomorrow morning.

Big green salad. Guacamole and chips. Spicy chili with cheese melted on top.

Margaritas.

Savannah was featured on PBS (or maybe Zimmern?) last night. I assume you've enjoyed it.

went out for Indian buffet (one of the things I missed most during the pandemic) so it's either cheese and crackers or a small quesadilla for dinner.

the closest I've seen are idli, which tend to be Southern Indian and most places here are Punjabi. They sound good, though!
