Coffee first, later oatmeal with frozen blueberries and yogurt

1. Strawberry-Lemon-Orange Blossom Infusion Tea, Quaker Peach Oatmeal with fresh peaches, strawberries

and a swirl of Simple Truth Organic Honey, plus an iced orange roll

2. Black coffee now ☕, later eggs 🍳 over easy and bacon 🥓.

3. Well, other than this morning, where I have awakened for no reason

and cannot get back to sleep, I have to have my coffee first. I cannot eat first thing in the morning and will usually have to wait until after 9 am or so to even think about it. Just one of the many weird quirks that my failing body has.

two eggs over medium cooked in bacon grease, hash brown potatoes fried in butter. two slices of spam cooked golden brown, toasted home made bread slathered in butter and black coffee.
