What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 24, 2024

Grilled chili-mango chicken with sesame peanut noodles.

I had the noodles, but I added sesame oil and seed, sriracha, freshly chopped cilantro and scallion, grilled red pepper, and lots of chopped peanuts.

Love the aroma of grilled chicken.

Chopped tomato salad with mozzarella, garlic, and basil.

Dessert: chocolate chip cookie and a half milk/half decaf to go with it.

I just ate them without any sides. I don't know if I'll have anything else today.

but the butcher counter had chateaubriand on sale for the same price. Got a big one, and are having it grilled today, with broccoli and salted potatoes as sides. And for the rest of the week - there'll be plenty of leftovers!

ETA: oven-grilled it, and have enough drippings for Yorkshire puddings tomorrow!

Added some carrots, onions, peppers, celery, garlic and a touch of dill to a 1/2 bag of "Cole slaw", and fried it w/ the kielbasa.

Served buttered boiled potatoes on the side.

Freeze pop for dessert.
