What's for Dinner, Mon., Dec. 29, 2025

Crackers with spinach artichoke spread.

Cup of white bean soup with sage.

Tortellini. Rana has some new flavors and I bought several. I think tonight is prosciutto and cheese, but I'm also making a few butternut squash and sage. I just love these plain with s&p and a drizzle of olive oil. I noticed they also have lobster ravioli.

Small tossed green salad with Green Goddess dressing. Cherry tomatoes, green pepper, olives, red onion, avocado.

Kombucha: cherry-ginger.

Dessert: A single solitary chocolate. Decaf coffee.

because I tested positive for Covid last night. Feel terrible and isolating in the rear part of the house, hoping my wife doesn’t get it. No appetite but I’ll have some leftover minestrone which I froze a couple weeks ago.
