The sauce has coconut milk in it. Chopped cilantro over the top.

Hot honey cornbread, freshly baked.

Tossed green salad with cucumbers, celery, and chopped onion.

Pineapple-cherry kombucha.

Dessert: small slice of white cake with berries baked in. Greek yogurt topping. Hot Earl Grey tea.

1. shrimp, scallops in a garlic ginger broth over soba

with spinach and arugula salad

2. Air fryer seared ribeye, green beans, and baked

sweet potato. Toss salad with honey mustard dressing.

Later tonight, buttered popcorn.

3. Corned beef brisket

Tossed salad with the usual suspects plus broccoli florets, bell pepper and zucchini. i used a low carb poppy seed dressing.

Corned beef brisket cooked covered for a long time in the oven. It is a
bit chewy.

Cabbage wedges with onion and seasonings baked in foil.
