What's for Dinner, Mon., Jan. 5, 2025

No time to cook today, so I just purchased a chicken pot pie at WF. They do a very good job of them. That and a simple green salad with Italian vinaigrette.

Dessert: cherries with vanilla ice cream.

Marinated air-fried wild caught shrimp folded into lavash flat bread spread with a creamy dill dressing and including sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced cabbage and romaine leaves. Cheers!🥂

I had chicken noodle soup and 1/2 a tuna sandwich.
