Fish-bean stew. I found it as a recipe but mostly developed it myself using ingredients I had on hand, such as the stock.
I used sea bass, cut into 1-inch pieces.
Celery, tomatoes, paprika, oregano, basil. Great Northerns and garbanzos. It also has fresh spinach, capers, and olives.
Of course, with fish--freshly squeezed lemon juice.
On the side, toasted rye bread.
Kombucha: cherry-ginger.

(36,842 posts)Tofu cubes in a tikka masala simmer sauce, I added onions & pepper strips, I'll serve it over rice. A pot of hot decafe tea, 2 chocolate chip chocolate cookies for dessert, or the DVD watch

with TJs Green Dragon (jalapeño) sauce for dipping.
Im lazy, but it couldve been worse (Im looking at you, pomegranate pop-tarts!)

(1,762 posts)Lavash flat bread slathered with balsamic walnut dressing, vegan mayo and Dijon mustard. Then I layered on Tufurkey Bologna, vegan cheddar slices, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, sliced green olives, and as much spring mix lettuce as the wrap could hold before rolling it up as tight as possible. Cheers!🥂
