Later this morning I'm planning on making the protein pancakes and vegan sausage with a pot of hot tea.

I have the crockpot going and I'm making chicken bone stock, the house smells really good.

Found this amazingly huge Cosmic Crisp apple yesterday. I might have half.

Cottage cheese with blueberries and toasted almonds.

Cosmic Crisp apples are rated very highly for taste.

Yesterday the New Jersey legislature voted in the noise bill that I mentioned a few days ago. It means that altered mufflers will be subject to a ticket of $500 and also that the person with the altered muffler has to straighten the situation out before they can get a safety inspection sticker.

The vote was unanimous in both the assembly and the Senate. No opposition whatsoever. I am so happy.

5. Indiana did away with vehicle safety inspections in 1985. We have some real

clunkers on our roads.
