So many here kind and worried for you while you repeatedly treat others with rudeness and disrespect. You expect everyone else to understand what you mean without exception or full explanation and berate when they don't meet your odd demands. If EarlG gives you yet another undeserved chance, I hope you will try to have a tiny bit of the understanding and patience you whine and demand of the rest of us.

Beef is the only flavor you can control. It can go from a sweet flavor , to burnt.
When you as a cook. Know that,
The added ingredients, mean nothing.

The Answer is your tongue and what you tasted and then your brain, and then you typed
And you may have watched cooking shows, Gordon Ramsay, his hate, Jamie Oliver ,, his love
You all missed the point. It's the food, not the cook

Sorry if the list you gave was it. Even dried minced onion could be good. I mean if you cook the beef, boil the noodles and add the tomatoes. It's a little heavy on the hamburger compared to pasta. A can of some veggie would help, I think. You could use some of the ground beef for a hamburger first.

Hope it's delicious!

Also, half of everything above.

Fresh parsley makes it delish.
I remember being the meatball sous-chef (kid) in the kitchen.

Meatballs are fine on their own, with pasta or in a "sangwich".
