What's for Dinner, Sat., May 2, 2026

Posting early due to working late.

Fried flounder breaded in panko, macadamia nuts, and lemon pepper.

Side dish of spinach, olive oil, and garlic.

Using homegrown, Celery Salad with Dates & Parmesan. Has olive oil-lemon vinaigrette.

Kombucha: strawberry-passion fruit.

Dessert: Chocolate chip cookie, baked from those little bite-size ones that come in a glass-size container from Aldi. You can just put one or two in the air fryer and not worry about eating the whole batch, like what might happen (if you're me) and bake them.
