DIY - Fast & Easy Beignets

Uhm.....
I had this craving
and just happened to have a can of croissant dough in the fridge
and some oil
and a free burner

And I took one of the dough triangles
And cut it into thirds
And fried it
And dusted it with sugar and cinnamon

And it was gooood.

The end.

I can't allow that sort of thing in my home. I have no self-restraint when it comes to greasy sweet stuff.

I could have eaten a LOT more, but luckily the sugar actually makes me ache more, so I keep it to a minimum, otherwise I would have been in trouble!
