My herbed, browned, and moist turkey using a Reynolds oven bag.

Man, it is EASY. No basting, no in and out of the hot oven, perfectly moist all over, and with juices in the bottom of the bag to make the gravy. In fact, while it was cooking, I went for a 30 min. walk around the neighborhood so I could burn off a calorie or two ahead of time--lol.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I have a friend who uses these bags for all kinds of roasts and they alway rock! Great bird.

and not spending time needlessly fussing over it.

I am however considering trying my luck at roasting a turkey on my charcoal Weber grill sometime soon. Lots of info on the 'net about how to do that and it sounds intriguing.

Brining, although a bit more trouble, will also keep the meat moist through several re-heatings. You may want to consider that for your grilling experiment.

good !
I tried one of those bags years ago and didn't think about it cooking quicker so when I pulled mine out
of the oven there was no meat on the bone. Actually I don't think there was any meat at all ! lol
