Red fish NOLA style

Had the greatest red fish in New Orleans last week at La Thai. Pecan crusted with a wonderful brown crawfish sauce and delicious veggies. Wish I had their recipe but can't get fresh red fish in Colorado anyway. If you're going to Mardi Gras or Jazzfest don't miss it.
