I have 3/4 gallon of Oregon Trail sourdough starter on my counter

I got it out 2 days ago, but no time to bake... after 2 days of feeding it at room temp I now have too much!
Today I'm going to try Alaskan sourdough, Rye sourdough and
I'm asking for more recipes, and if anybody in PDX wants a starter jar, let me know
