And then I'm going to blow through the rest of them one by one. They all look good. I'm a garlic freak, and a lot of recipes that feature garlic prominently don't sound that great outside of the fact that garlic is in them. These garlicky recipes look great, though. Thanks!

4. Made the roasted garlic mac & cheese

Yum! I thought the roasted garlic flavor added a wonderful flavor and fragrance. I'm going to play around with the seasoning and topping, maybe using Dijon instead of dry mustard, and mixing cheese into the topping, but I will for sure be making this again.

Printed out the garlic and thyme quinoa patties and the sweet potato burgers. Guess I'm in a burger frame of mind.
