Harmony Club Mushrooms--These are incredible!

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
1/2 pound white mushrooms, stems removed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T butter
1/2 c red wine

Directions
In a medium size sauce pan, melt butter and saute garlic until it turns slightly brown. Add mushrooms and red wine. Simmer uncovered until most of the wine cooks off. Cover and cook over low heat until the mushrooms absorb the remaining wine. Serve with grilled steak or chicken.
