5. Chicken voila, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob

I found the chicken voila recipe when I looked at recipes with ingredients that I have on hand. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/chicken-voila/

It turned out really tasty, but ridiculous name, though.

6. We grilled steaks

Had some nice little steaks from Costco, corn on the cob--which was very good despite being from far away--mushrooms, and red potatoes roasted with olive oil, garlic, and smoked paprika.

7. the rest of my cauliflower casserole

I also made coleslaw with grilled pineapple and almonds.

Red wine.

Dark chocolate for dessert.
