I have a wonderful spaghetti recipe that we love.

I've made it so many times I no longer need to get out the recipe!

It's delicious and simple, and makes a big amount. A winner in all ways...

Your antipasto sounds delicious...

All antipasto must include chunks of such delicious, delicious cheese.

And I'm having to postpone using the bread machine, but I'm making a chicken/onion alfredo with a leafy green salad with broccoli and cauliflower. Pedestrian, but I had to do some other things today that kept me from both the beloved bread machine I'm dying to try out and everything else .

First time making the chicken meatloaf. It turned out to be really good.

And I steamed the potatoes a la this week's Cook's Country. Steaming does add more potato flavor, but I do believe I prefer boiled for my masheds.

our own, a mix of three mustards, red russian kale, two types of collards and rainbow chard - sauteed in sesame oil, garlic, ginger and hot pepper flakes with pineapple, all over black rice.

Dessert - strawberry rhubarb crisp with vanilla soy creamy (Trader Joe). Great end to a wonderful day!

First we had an appetizer made of mahi mahi.

Then we had breaded chicken breasts stuffed with provolone, ham, and spinach. Salad with red leaf lettuce As a vegetable, we had fresh spinach sauteed and served with parmesan shavings and garlic. Pinot grigio.

Dessert was caramel/waffle cone ice cream and cookies.

The gang was here for our annual Memorial Day cookout. Pulled pork BBQ, potato salad, baked beans, cucumber salad, etc. We'll be eating leftovers for a few days this week.
