with a little lemon juice and pepper. crusty baguette on the side to sop up the garlic and butter.

My house cleaner just left so it has to be something fairly easy since I didn't have time to cook anything else.

I cook in the drippings. Yummy.

I do have a bit of soy sauce (left over from a Chinese food delivery) but no sauerkraut. Maybe next time.

It is made by Frank's and probably supposed to be used by hot dog vendor or something but my local HEB carries it.

16. We had a Taco Salad

Spent the whole afternoon canoeing on the nearby river. Three hours paddling against the wind, but it was beautiful. I won't be able to lift a mug of coffee in the morning, LOL. Hope all is well with you.
