http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients

Marinade
juice of one lime
1/4 cup tequila
garlic powder
chili powder

2 chicken breast halves, pounded out to tenderize
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
sour cream
salsa
cilantro, chopped
sharp cheddar cheese grated

Directions
Marinate the chicken for at least an hour. Meanwhile, sauté the green pepper and onion in a bit of olive oil. I cooked my in a grill wok on the grill. Set aside. Grill chicken until done and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Then slice it thinly and serve over a tortilla with the remaining toppings.
