Something tells me it ain't gonna be them.

Whatever I decide on, I've got a pound of sliced white mushrooms to
sauté in butter and Worcestershire for it.

And chocolate ice cream with white chocolate chunks and some fresh
raspberries on top for dessert.

Of THAT... there is no doubt.

This MAY be a "dessert-first" night.

(6,057 posts)Left over peach salsa, 1/2 chicken breast shake & baked cut up, mayo and curry mixed and folded into a warmed multi-grain flat bread.
A hat tip to grasswire for the mayo curry idea. That fruity chicken salad sounded good. So I adapted the recipe to what I had. Fruity chicken salad with peach salsa, mayo, curry!
Sometimes I fail miserably with my experiments...... but not this time.
