Something I came up with=Mexican Pizza

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
1/2 pork grilled tenderloin, chopped
1 cup frozen corn (place on paper toweling to thaw and to remove some of the moisture)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 roasted red pepper, chopped
12 ounces shredded mexican cheese blend or sharp cheddar
1/2 jar Trader Joe's pizza sauce
1 package Trader Joe's pizza dough

Directions
Saute onion in a bit of olive oil until nicely caramelized. Let cool. Roll out dough on a floured surface and place on pizza pan. Top with sauce, onion, pork, roasted red pepper, corn and top with cheese. Bake at 375° for roughly 40 minutes. It should go a little beyond golden brown since the cheese is a bit darker in color than mozzarella, or quattro formaggio cheese blend to begin with. Let rest on a cookie rack for 10 minutes before slicing.

It had no meat or corn and used thinly-spread refried beans instead of pizza sauce.
Also added minced garlic and chopped cilantro, plus a bit of cornmeal on the bottom of the pizza pan.
Jali's on the side and it came out nicely!
