(6,057 posts)Coat custard cup with spray olive oil, then add about an inch of seasoned croutons on the bottom of the cup, followed by a microwaved turkey sausage patty cut into small pieces, an egg and some milk mixed with a pinch of salt, pepper and ground mustard go over the croutons and sausage. Then top with a mixture of chopped green onion and shredded cheese (cheddar, swiss, mozzarella, whatever you like). Bake in preheated oven at 350 F. for about 25 min.
