I don't usually have children to worry about and my friends/family are of the opinion - the darker the better.

I've never done blackberries or raspberries, but I am sure they're amazing. Enjoy!

blackberries put out. I do keep some in the freezer all year to add to various desserts, and it's really nice to have that bit of summertime in January.

I use a real easy and simple cobbler recipe.
stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 cups fruit.

Melt the butter in the baking pan.
Mix the milk and dry ingredients and pour on top of the melted butter.
Spread the fuit out on top.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or so until top browns.
