Our friend and her daughter love bacon so we gifted them with 2 containers. I used the recipe off of Martha Stewart's site (for Crockpot Bacon Jam). It cooked down a bit more than what it said, but I gifted them 2 1 cup containers and had 1/2 container left over for our family to try.

My brother's family will really like the bacon cashew caramel corn, except I'll have to substitute peanuts, my SIL is allergic to tree nuts.
