2 green onions, minced
1-2 c chicken shwarma, diced
4 pieces toast
2/3 c beer
quatro formaggio
1 t oregano
1 t Dijon mustard
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 T butter
Directions
In a small sauce pan, melt butter and sauté green onions for a couple minutes. Add beer and bring to a simmer. Stir in oregano, Dijon, and a pinch of cayenne. Lower heat and using a whisk, blend in roughly 2 cups of cheese until mixture is smooth. Sprinkle chicken over toast, pour cheese mixture over toast and serve immediately.

Thanks for sharing, I have chicken in the fridge and I might need to go here. What do you serve with it? Rice and salad, or vegetables?

And the toast takes care of the starch. It would be good with a salad.
