1. smoked tri tip

husband will have it in sandwich form on rye bread, i will probably roast some veggies for myself.

today is the test on the smoker and bread. i'm smoking dad's pastrami on monday and baking his bread on tuesday.

2. Prime rib eye steak.

A nice salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette and a baked potato. Simple, easy and tasty.

3. Quesadillas with a bean & corn salad w/cilantro dressing.
