now it'll hang out in the fridge until christmas and we'll steam it before eating.

rye bread take two is rising and the corned beef is cooking, but the sauerkraut didn't come out. i'm going to make coleslaw instead, my dad really likes that on reubens, too.

i am pretty excited about this.

edit: i ruined the effing bread. i just toss the bowl in the oven to let it rise so that it's out of the way. forgot it was in there and preheated the oven to bake brownies. sending husband out to get more flour since the brownies ate up the last of it.

Not being a big fan of sauerkraut, I'd be secretly pleased that it didn't work out.

I much prefer cole slaw.
